Exchange / Return Policy for In House Collection:
We do accept unworn, unwashed, In House Collection pieces for exchange or store credit within a 14 day window. Because these pieces are made in small batches, we may not have the stock availability to exchange sizes, in which case we can only offer store credit. If you have an inquiry about your order please email: info@roam-studio.co
**Due to the small batch nature of our items, some garment dyed pieces may experience slight color variation.
Pre Orders
Pre-orders can be cancelled within one week of the order date.
Any in stock items purchased with a pre-order item will be delivered when the pre-order item is in stock. We do not split shipments.
Exchange / Return Policy for Vintage:
At this time we are unable to accept returns for vintage pieces. Due to their vintage nature, they may come with some wear from being loved by their previous owner. For this reason, please read item descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have an inquiry about your order please email: info@roam-studio.co
Shipping:
Free shipping on orders of $400 and up in the USA.
All orders are shipped within 5-7 business days unless otherwise noted.
Your tracking number will be emailed to you once the shipping label is created.
Roam Vintage is not responsible for any applicable duty fees which may arise upon accepting your package. During any international customs process, duty fees may be charged upon receipt.
Item Care:
We find the the best way to preserve the life of most vintage items is to wash in cold water on a gentle cycle and hang dry.
